ADHD Checklist (aka Daily Checklist) is published by Matthew Johnson.
Summary
ADHD Checklist does not collect, transmit, or share any personal data. The app has no account system and makes no network requests.
What the app stores
Your checklist items, the days you have scheduled them for, and which items you completed on which dates. This is stored in a single file inside the app’s private storage on your device.
Where it is stored
On your device only. It is never uploaded, and the developer has no access to it and no ability to retrieve it.
What is not collected
- No name, email address, or account details — the app has none.
- No location data.
- No analytics, usage statistics, crash reporting, or advertising identifiers.
- No third-party services, SDKs, or trackers of any kind.
Network use
The app makes no network requests. It functions identically with no internet connection.
Notifications
The app can schedule local reminders on your device. These are created and delivered entirely on-device; nothing is sent to a server, and no notification content leaves your phone. Notifications are optional and can be turned off at any time in Settings > ADHD Checklist > Notifications.
Children
The app collects no data from anyone, including children under 13.
Data retention and deletion
Your data stays on your device until you delete it. Removing an item or deleting the app deletes the associated data permanently. There is no copy held anywhere else.
Changes to this policy
If a future version of the app collects or transmits data, this policy will be updated before that version is released.
