Summary
DinnerDice does not collect, transmit, or share any personal data. The app has no account system and makes no network requests.
What the app stores
Your dinner option list, the reminder time and on/off setting, and a log of your rolls, eaten meals, and earned achievements. This is stored in files inside the app’s private storage on your device.
Where it is stored
On your device only. It is never uploaded, and the developer has no access to it and no ability to retrieve it.
What is not collected
- No name, email address, or account details — the app has none.
- No location data.
- No analytics, usage statistics, crash reporting, or advertising identifiers.
- No third-party services, SDKs, or trackers of any kind.
Network use
The app makes no network requests. It functions identically with no internet connection.
Notifications
The app can schedule an optional daily reminder on your device. It is created and delivered entirely on-device; nothing is sent to a server, and no notification content leaves your phone. You can turn it off at any time in the app’s Settings, or in iOS Settings > DinnerDice > Notifications.
Children
The app collects no data from anyone, including children under 13.
Data retention and deletion
Your data stays on your device until you delete it. Using “Reset to defaults” clears your option list, and deleting the app deletes everything — options, roll log, and achievements — permanently. There is no copy held anywhere else.
Changes to this policy
If a future version of the app collects or transmits data, this policy will be updated before that version is released.
